About Jennika
Hey there! Welcome. I’m Jennika, a trained research psychologist who helps cut through the noise of data to uncover patterns that actually matter. For the past decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of research, data, and academic rigor, teaching statistics and research methods to both undergraduate and graduate students (often against their will). And honestly? I loved it. Nothing lights me up like helping people understand something they once found intimidating. That’s where I found my passion for turning complexity into clarity. Data doesn’t have to be cold or confusing. It can be a tool for transformation, not stagnation. Let me be your translator.
I earned my PhD in Applied Psychological Sciences in 2024, with extensive training in program evaluation, research methodology, and statistical analysis. Beyond my passion for research and statistical design, I’m deeply drawn to the long-term impact of chronic childhood trauma and the unfolding of developmental psychopathology. How do we trace the invisible threads that lead to mental health struggles—and more importantly, how do we intervene to heal?
When I’m not designing research tools, analyzing data, or holding students hostage with the Central Limit Theorem, you can find me hiking forest trails, adventuring solo to places I’ve never been, or creating content for my upcoming spiritual-psychology platform exploring what I call Sacred Psychology—a space where soul meets science, and healing begins from the inside out.
